He obtained a bioengineering degree from the University of Maryland before attending veterinary school at Cornell University. He became a board-certified surgeon in 2020 after completing a residency at Cornell University. He has a special interest in cardiothoracic surgery\, orthopedics\, and minimally invasive surgery.
