Harbor by Suveto revamps their industry first “Graduation to Ownership Program (GO),” creating an all-new career development journey for early-career veterinarians

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – Harbor by Suveto, a community dedicated to teaching veterinary students the business of veterinary medicine, is announcing an update to their new grad career development journey, Harbor GO. Started in 2023, GO was a two-year fellowship that heavily focused on giving new graduates an immersive, hands-on ownership experience. With time dedicated to mentorship each week and the immediate ownership-level benefit of Suveto’s Veterinary Stock Ownership Program (VSOP® ), GO doctors were able to develop their clinical skills, business acumen, and leadership ability so they could confidently own their careers early in their veterinary journeys.
This year, Harbor is revamping GO, keeping the core of the program intact, but shifting the focus to the individual doctor. Rather than a two-year fellowship, GO is now a self-guided career development journey. Exclusive to doctors who plan to work at or are currently at a Suveto Network hospital, the all-new Harbor GO invites participating veterinarians to complete a series of structured activities across three core pillars: Medical Mastery, Business Confidence, and Community Collaboration.
Through CE sessions, clinical intensives, interactive business modules, and peer meetups, GO provides Suveto doctors the structure, support, and space to explore and grow as they take steps towards the veterinary future they’ve dreamed of. The goal isn’t just for these doctors to just be more capable, but also have more clarity about what drives them, where they want to go, and how to start building the future they’ve always imagined.

After completing GO, participants will be equipped with the tools and confidence to step into ownership opportunities tailored to their personal goals. From partnering with Suveto for a new veterinary start up, to securing financing for private ownership through Calico, or continuing as a doctor with VSOP®, there is no shortage of opportunities for doctors who complete the GO career development journey.
