Industry Veteran Advances Suveto’s Goal of Changing the Veterinary Industry Through its Commitment to Ownership, Empowerment, and Well-Being
Conshohocken, PA – Suveto has announced the appointment of Dr. Heather Loenser to the position of Chief Veterinary Officer. Previously, Dr. Loenser served as Vice President, Professional Development, Culture and Well-Being for Harbor.vet by Suveto. She will now be responsible at a companywide level for developing and implementing strategies for veterinarians to achieve their personal and professional goals. She will work alongside Suveto’s Chief Hospital Officer, Dr. Adam Foret, as well as a medical advisory board to implement the innovative programs and initiatives that distinguish Suveto as an industry game-changer.
Dr. Loenser brings deep clinical and well-being experience to support veterinarians and the medical community. After graduating from Iowa State, she spent nearly 10 years as an emergency veterinarian and, prior to Suveto, served as the Chief Medical Officer at the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Dr. Loenser has coached hundreds of veterinarians on data-driven communication techniques and also educated pet owners and reached veterinarians as an industry thought leader on the Today Show, Dr. Oz, CBS, and other highly visible platforms.
“We found that hospital teams in our network were eager to connect, collaborate and grow their skillsets,” said Dr. Loenser. “I am elated to be bringing resources, a team of support, and well-being strategies to empower our teams.”
As Chief Veterinary Officer, Dr. Loenser and her team will create and curate resources, education, and training for Suveto network hospital teams.
