Suveto Continues to Pave a Path for Better Veterinary Health and Well-being with the Addition of Experienced Well-being Manager, Susan Carney

To further their commitment to bettering the well-being of veterinary professionals, Suveto recently announced a key addition to their team who will drive the well-being and benefits packages for those in their network.

As a long-time Human Resources professional, Susan Carney brings 20 years of HR experience in health insurance and related fields to the Suveto team. With a deep understanding of the needs of both employers and employees, Susan brings a unique level of insider knowledge and expertise to Suveto. She understands the delicate nature of balancing specific challenges with the broader vision and offerings within Suveto. Aligned with their mission to create a better veterinary future, Susan will drive Suveto’s initiatives that aim to improve well-being literacy, increase awareness and engagement, and help to enrich the overall health of all employees and their families.

Susan recently explained that “Suveto’s dynamic energy, along with the strong commitment to well-being from leadership, are the key drivers in my decision to join Suveto.”

Joining the HR and Benefits team at Suveto, Susan will be focusing on developing strategic resources and programs that embrace the core components of well-being: Emotional/Behavioral, Physical, Social and Financial. By aligning strategies with Suveto’s overall mission for the holistic support of their employees and their families, Susan will be dedicated to meeting employees where they are, as they are.

Suveto Chief Human Resource Officer, Jennifer Rusnak, said Suveto “is taking a massive step towards changing the way well-being is portrayed in the veterinary industry, and shaping the future of Human Resources at the hospital level with the addition of Susan Carney.”
