Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month?
At Suveto, we believe that the well-being of veterinary professionals is at the foundation of everything we are able to achieve. Our mission will always be to invest in the well-being of pets and clients, but in order for us to do our best in that, our teams and the individuals who make up those teams need to also be at their best. We get it; life is full of challenges, and when things get busy, our mental health often takes a backseat. Suveto looks to change that and further our commitment to prioritizing well-being and destigmatizing mental health in the veterinary industry.
This month take some time out of your busy days to care for yourself, check in with your family and friends, and talk about your mental health. We want to invite you to honor your mental health by participating in our 30-Day Well-being Challenge throughout the month of May! Starting Monday, May 2 until the end of May, join us for 30 days of activities and practices that help promote your mental health and well-being. No pressure to do all of them! Start and participate at your own pace and take steps with us in becoming the happiest, healthiest version of yourself.
We’ll be doing it all! From meditation, yoga, and dancing to something as simple (and tasty) as enjoying some dark chocolate, there’s something new for you to try for each of the 30 days of our challenge. Check out a downloadable PDF of all 30 days below! Each Friday, we’ll also invite you to share your progress by sending in photos of you doing any of the activities from the week or crossing them off the sheet to wellbeing@suveto.com.
Each week, one winner will be randomly drawn for a $100 gift card, and every photo you submit throughout the week is an entry for the drawing! At the end of the challenge, we will have a random drawing for one winner to be honored with a donation made in their name to a Mental Health charity of their choosing, so make sure you join in on the fun!
Along with the challenge, we will also be hosting webinars and sharing other tips and resources focusing on the 4 Pillars of Well-being: Emotional, Physical, Social, and Financial. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for additional event dates!
